Refund policy

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate an exchange or refund in cases where the product delivered is either damaged or does not meet your specifications. To initiate this, please contact our customer service via email with photographic evidence of the damaged product, the invoice, or call us with your order ID.

Please note that the complaint escalation period is within 24 hours after the product is received. No complaints will be accepted beyond this time frame.

If any items in your order are received in unsatisfactory condition, kindly inform us within 24 hours. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and the pack slip using the CONTACT US section.

Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them for a refund or replacement.

Important: No product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any RM Cosmo retail stores.


What if there is a defect in the order received, and how should I inform you?

In the case of receiving a defective item anywhere in Pakistan, RM Cosmo will arrange for a pick-up with our courier partner. The timing and date of the pick-up will be communicated in advance. Please provide photographic evidence of the defective item, along with the invoice and our courier's airway bill, via email or WhatsApp. Once the defective item is received, RM Cosmo will issue a replacement for the defective product mentioned on the invoice.

The product must be returned in its original packaging for the exchange process to proceed smoothly. Any additional handling charges due to improper packaging will be borne by the customer.
